How do I send my products to Exposure Studio?

Upon singing a contract, you will be given instructions and an address to send the products to (at your own expense) through a courier of your choice.

How long will I have to wait for my photos to be finalised?

The process of production and post production services take approximately 2 weeks until the work is finalised. I also offer an express service (extra fee)

Do you require a deposit prior to booking?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking a spot with Exposure Studio

What if I'm stuck on ideas and don't know what I want?

I can help you by suggesting options that will suit your brand aesthetic, such as colours, props and digital design.

What if you don't have the props available that I'm interested in?

That's okay, I'm happy to source props to use for your photo-shoot, but if the props are of limited use to me, you'll be required to cover the costs.

How do I receive the photos?

You will receive your photos as high quality digital JPEG files via DropBox. These files can be downloaded to your device.

Do the files come with a Copyright?

All Exposure Studio images are subject to Copyright, meaning that I own the rights to the work (for example, you can't say that it's your own work or someone else's) and I also own the right to display your images on my website and social media. But you are free to use the images on your website, socials, advertising and other methods. You will receive more information regarding copyright in the contract.
